PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This modern family home in Camberwell required targeted exterior repairs to improve durability and preserve its presentation over time. The owners wanted to refresh weather-exposed areas, repair ageing surfaces and ensure the home stays protected for years ahead.
Sol Shine completed a partial exterior maintenance repaint, focusing on high-wear sections including the side elevation, timber windows, verandah structures, garage surrounds and retaining walls. Careful preparation, replacement of failing caulking and a premium coating system were key to the success of this project.
Delivered with organised scheduling, respectful site care and proactive communication, the work was completed with minimal disruption. The result is a cleaner, stronger and better-protected home — with a refreshed finish the owners love.
