Located on a leafy street in Malvern East, this heritage family home needed a full exterior refresh to appeal to future buyers and restore its timeless character. The owners wanted the rich architectural features to stand out while still feeling cohesive and classic.
Sol Shine repainted the entire exterior, renewing every surface — including pillars, shingle features, gable strapping, windows, fascias and the feature front door. A carefully selected colour scheme combined warm neutrals with deep accents to enhance the home’s street presence and highlight its craftsmanship.
