PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This character home in Deepdene required a detailed exterior restoration to address ageing timber, weather exposure and peeling paint in elevated areas. The homeowners wanted to preserve the property’s charm while strengthening its protection from the elements.
Sol Shine restored and repainted upper windows, weatherboards and exposed trims. The work included expert timber repairs such as sill replacements, new beading and precise frame detailing. Every surface was carefully prepared — scraped, sanded, spot-primed and re-caulked — to ensure a durable and long-lasting finish.
Using safe access systems and meticulous workmanship at height, Sol Shine delivered the restoration efficiently and with full site care. The result is a sharper, stronger façade with every detail protected for many years to come.
